House on a Hounted Hill

this set is from Rainbow California, a small town near Tamecula. I went to visit an orchid farm and on my way there saw this "walk- in" museum filled with wood carved statues and furniture.
On a workers bench I found these rusty tools, there is something about the color of rust that just captures my eyes.

It was truly spectacular, such a serene place and yet somewhat spooky. Seemed a pefect location to shoot a low budget horror film......my next adventure?

i found some pretty neat old kitchen pans, and an old lantern....

So' Cal life

You have to admit, when you think of Souther California....surfing just pops right up!......

But there is certainly more! The colors themselves are enough to draw anyone in....there are no sunsets like the So' Cal sunsets!

Here are a few examples of my black and white photography....I have to say I am a big fan of black and white. The lack of color seems to accentuate shadows and bring the emotions to such a higher level...
